Si è tenuta oggi, davanti la sede di Banca d’Italia a Roma, la manifestazione dei risparmiatori organizzata dall’Intesa dei consumatori.
Gli attivisti e i dirigenti dell’Intesa hanno manifestato per la tutela del risparmio degli italiani, sempre più a rischio dopo gli ultimi crack finanziari che hanno coinvolto centinaia di migliaia di famiglie che hanno visto bruciare i risparmi di una vita.
Con un sottofondo di musica argentina, scatole di pelati Cirio e buste di latte Parmalat al collo, gli attivisti dell’Intesa hanno richiamato l’attenzione dei vertici di Bankitalia che, per la prima volta, ha aperto le porte ai risparmiatori. Carlo Pileri, Elio Lannutti, Carlo Rienzi e Rosario Trefiletti (i 4 dirigenti di Intesa) entrati a Palazzo Koch, hanno fatto precise richieste al Direttore Generale Desario e a Fazio. Prima fra tutte l’apertura di una indagine straordinaria sui bond emessi negli ultimi 5 anni, finalizzata a ridare fiducia ai risparmiatori. Banca d’Italia ha poi accettato di avviare un pressing sulle banche per valutare la possibilità di rimborsare gli investitori danneggiati. Altra richiesta per aumentare la trasparenza nel settore è il blocco delle obbligazioni strutturate delle Poste se non saranno rese comprensibili a tutti, dal momento che i titoli del famoso ente arrivano in ogni centro abitato del paese.
Il rappresentante della Banca d’Italia ha apprezzato le proposte dell’Intesa e ha concordato con Adoc, Adusbef, Codacons e Federconsumatori sulla necessità di rendere più chiari e trasparenti i fogli informativi (anche presso gli sportelli postali) da mostrare al risparmiatore nel momento in cui vengono fatte sottoscrivere obbligazioni con alto tasso di rischio.
L’Intesa pur apprezzando le parole del Dr. Desario volte a ridare nuova fiducia ai risparmiatori, attende ora che vengano rispettate le promesse della Banca d’Italia, attuando tutti gli interventi necessari affinché i risparmiatori siano garantiti nei loro diritti.
Ma la protesta di ADOC, ADUSBEF, CODACONS e FEDERCONSUMATORI non si ferma davanti la Banca d’Italia. Le 4 associazioni hanno infatti avviato oggi una serie di iniziative per tutelare i risparmiatori.
Prima fra tutte, presso la Procura della Repubblica di Milano, hanno depositato la nomina di parte offesa delle 4 associazioni (in cui si contestano gravi reati come la truffa, l’aggiotaggio, la gestione infedele di patrimonio, l’appropriazione indebita, falsa certificazione, ecc.), e centinaia di atti con i quali i risparmiatori hanno dato mandato per essere assistiti, con conseguente richiesta risarcitoria.
L’Intesa intende poi chiedere il sequestro cautelativo dei capitali delle banche coinvolte nello scandalo Parmalat al fine di garantire eventuali azioni risarcitorie degli investitori malconsigliati, e delle società di revisione Grant Thornton e Deloitte & Touche.
L’Intesa avvierà inoltre una campagna di boicottaggio contro gli istituti di credito che non intendono elargire i rimborsi ai risparmiatori per i crack Cirio e Argentina e per le obbligazioni Parmalat, attraverso la disdetta dei conti correnti, aperti dai consumatori con le stesse banche
