L’intervento dell’Antitrust è chiarissimo: lo scambio di informazioni complete in qualsiasi modo avvenga, crea le condizioni per cui un’azienda può formulare tariffe e condizioni sui dati generali di mercato e, non più sui dati riferiti alla propria attività.
Questa opportunità, come è accaduto per le tariffe Rc auto, viene sfruttata per creare cartelli e limitare in modo consistente la concorrenza.
Nel caso delle polizze vita, l’Antitrust ha ritenuto opportuno bloccare immediatamente lo strumento che avrebbe creato le condizioni per arrivare alla formazione di un cartello.
D’altronde, in un sistema-Italia che è permeato da innumerevoli posizioni di predominio (vedi il settore delle comunicazioni, la consulenza aziendale, la revisione dei bilanci) viene considerato naturale affidare ad una sola società la formazione di banche-dati, senza tener conto colpevolmente che questo crea immediatamente le condizioni per la formazione di cartelli anche non organizzati ma basati semplicemente su di una enorme convenienza.
L’Ania può anche far finta di essere sorpresa, ma noi non lo siamo e come sempre valuteremo il caso con attenzione e poi agiremo a tutela degli assicurati.
