Finalmente si indaga anche sui call center della aziende fornitrici di energia elettrica e di gas. Così il Codacons commenta la notizia dell’indagine da parte dell’ Autorità per l`energia elettrica e il gas.
?In Italia ? afferma il Presidente Codacons Carlo Rienzi ? i consumatori sono molto delusi dalla qualità del servizio reso dai call center. Tra i disservizi più sentiti vi sono ovviamente le attese perenni alla cornetta, difficoltà di comprensione delle procedure guidate e la scortesia degli operatori telefonici che rispondono alle chiamate della clientela?.
Proprio questa mattina il Codacons ha ricevuto le segnalazioni da parte di alcuni utenti di ACEAELECTRABEL i quali, dopo aver seguito una lunga procedura guidata attraverso i sistemi automatici di risposta, si sono sentiti rispondere che i terminali erano guasti. Trasferiti all’operatore ?umano? hanno dovuto attendere altri 20 minuti per sentirsi dire che? i computer erano fuori uso!
?Speriamo che grazie a questa indagine episodi simili non si ripetano ? conclude Rienzi ? e che le aziende della luce e del gas aumentino la qualità e la precisione del servizio call center, sempre più utile al consumatore?.
