Come se non bastasse la bufera scatenata dagli ultimi esami di maturità e dall’uso truffaldino di internet e cellulari, ora ci si mettono anche gli enti pubblici di prestigio a creare caos durante le prove dei concorsi! E’ successo di tutto ieri, durante la prova scritta di un concorso per operatore tecnico dell’ISPESL (Istituto Superiore per la Prevenzione e la Sicurezza del Lavoro). Infatti, una volta aperte le buste contenenti i quiz a cui dovevano rispondere i candidati, ci si è resi conto che le copie non erano sufficienti per tutti i presenti, e così alcuni funzionari dell’IPESL hanno permesso al personale del Palazzo dei Concorsi di Via Induno a Roma, di uscire per fare altre fotocopie. Qualcuno però ha avuto da ridire, e così, dopo l’intervento dei carabinieri, l’esame è stato annullato. Infatti i testi dei quiz non avrebbero dovuto in nessun caso uscire dal Palazzo, e sono state così violate le norme che regolano l’esecuzione della prova. Il CODACONS, quindi, ha deciso di denunciare per questa violazione alla Procura della Repubblica di Roma, i funzionari dell’ISPESL, responsabili dell’infrazione.
Sul fronte degli esami di maturità il CODACONS non si ferma e ha predisposto sul proprio sito (www.codacons.it) un modello tipo per gli studenti che dopo la prova di ieri verranno bocciati. Costoro potranno utilizzare il modulo per chiedere la ripetizione della prova o addirittura l’attribuzione di un voto positivo al proprio elaborato, in condizione di par condicio rispetto a tutti gli altri studenti che hanno potuto superare gli scritti. Gli alunni bocciati potranno anche adire alle vie legali chiedendo un risarcimento danni.
?Basta con gli esami a livello nazionale che non consentono controlli adeguati ed efficaci? ha dichiarato il presidente del CODACONS, Avv. Carlo Rienzi,? gli esami devono essere svolti con delle prove diverse per i singoli istituti, in modo da non consentire interventi esterni che possano compromettere la validità della prova.?
