Il Codacons annuncia un ricorso al Tar del Veneto contro l’ampliamento della base Usa di Vicenza.
L’associazione, che ha ricevuto le richieste di aiuto di cittadini residenti e comitati locali vari, impugnerà dinanzi al Tribunale Amministrativo Regionale il relativo provvedimento del Governo.
Per conto del Codacons Nazionale, del Codacons Veneto e dell’Ecoistituto del Veneto (che fa capo a Michele Boato), l’avv. Francesco Acerboni (dell’ufficio legale Codacons Veneto) sta attualmente valutando tutti gli atti al fine di procedere al ricorso a tutela dei residenti.
?La nostra iniziativa non nasce da posizioni politiche e va al di là delle motivazioni che stanno alla base della decisione del Governo ? spiega il Presidente Carlo Rienzi ? ma mira unicamente a tutelare la popolazione residente, cui deve essere garantita tranquillità e sicurezza, considerato anche che la zona potrebbe diventare un obiettivo militare sensibile. Per tale motivo ? conclude Rienzi ? verificheremo la legittimità di tutti gli atti amministrativi degli enti locali relativamente all’ampliamento della base Usa di Vicenza, e accerteremo se le istituzioni hanno ascoltato o meno la voce dei cittadini così come prevede la legge?.
