Il Tar del Lazio ha confermato quello che il Codacons ha sempre sostenuto, la bontà dell`ordinanza Turco sui cani potenzialmente pericolosi.
Per il Tar, infatti, nella comparazione degli interessi deve essere considerato prevalente quello della tutela della sicurezza e della salute pubblica. Ecco perché è corretto che, almeno per le razze maggiormente rischiose come rottweiler o pitbull, ci sia ad esempio l`obbligo sia della museruola che del guinzaglio.
Ricordiamo che dopo la prima bozza d’ordinanza, dalla quale erano state tolte le razze a rischio aggressività, stesura da noi contestata, nell`ordinanza poi effettivamente pubblicata le razze erano state reinserite e finalmente si obbligava a portare guinzaglio e museruola, come da noi richiesto. Il Tar oggi conferma l`equilibrio della posizione assunta.
Ora il Codacons chiede che questa ordinanza sia fatta effettivamente rispettare su tutto il territorio.
