Un bimba di 8 mesi è morta dopo essere stata aggredita da 2 rottweiler. Si tratta dell`ennesimo grave episodio che vede per protagonisti questi cani potenzialmente pericolosi.
Il Codacons, che ha sostenuto la bontà dell`ultima ordinanza di Livia Turco, ne chiede ora l`applicazione. Non ci risulta, infatti, che questa ordinanza sia mai stata applicata e fatta rispettare. Nel provvedimento non solo è previsto che per queste razze maggiormente rischiose ci sia l`obbligo sia della museruola che del guinzaglio, ma prevede anche:
1) “obbligo di vigilare con particolare attenzione sulla detenzione degli stessi al fine di evitare ogni possibile aggressione a persone“
2) “una polizza di assicurazione di responsabilità civile“ (ci domandiamo chi l`abbia fatta?)
3) “I servizi veterinari tengono aggiornato un archivio dei cani morsicatori e dei cani con aggressività non controllata rilevati, al fine di predisporre i necessari interventi di controllo per la tutela dell`incolumità pubblica“
4) “L`autorità sanitaria competente, in collaborazione con la Asl stabilisce ?. i percorsi di controllo e rieducazione per la prevenzione delle morsicature“
5) Il proprietario “che non è in grado di mantenere il possesso del proprio cane nel rispetto delle disposizioni di cui alla presente ordinanza deve interessare le autorità veterinarie competenti del territorio al fine di ricercare con le amministrazioni comunali idonee soluzioni di gestione dell`animale stesso“ fino ad arrivare alla sua soppressione.
Infine, l`art. 6 dell`ordinanza prevede che le violazioni delle disposizioni siano sanzionate dalle Amministrazioni competenti. Ci domandiamo quante sanzioni siano state fino ad ora comminate.
