Una ?scemenza? maggiore non si poteva proporre. I Comunisti Italiani hanno presentato un progetto di legge alla Regione Lazio per introdurre una multa nei confronti di chi usa il telefonino in classe, (proposta accolta con entusiasmo da tutti gli schieramenti politici). Il CODACONS critica duramente tale progetto di legge. Così facendo ? dicono al CODACONS ? si rischia di monetizzare la disciplina scolastica, facendo capire agli studenti che si può trasgredire ai regolamenti pagando delle semplici multe. Se questa legge verrà approvata ed entrerà in vigore, continua l’associazione, sarà altamente diseducativa per gli alunni delle scuole.
E’ compito degli insegnanti, infatti, far rispettare le norme scolastiche. E queste già vietano determinati comportamenti, come ad esempio l’uso dei telefonini durante la lezione o fumare nei locali degli istituti. Inoltre i ragazzi che provengono da famiglie benestanti non avranno nessuna difficoltà a pagare la sanzione.
I politici regionali devono imparare che, se un docente sa far rispettare i regolamenti e sa far appassionare uno studente alla materia che insegna, non ci sarà alcuna violazione delle norme. Si cominci allora proprio dal punire con la sospensione dal servizio gli insegnanti che non fanno rispettare le leggi. Negli istituti scolastici questi permettono agli alunni di fumare liberamente nei corridoi, sebbene sia vietato. Non si può e non si deve, sostiene il CODACONS, monetizzare la disciplina scolastica, in quanto esistono già sanzioni per chi non rispetta le norme, come la sospensione o un basso voto in condotta.
?Sarebbe il caso?, conclude l’Avv. Carlo Rienzi, Presidente del CODACONS, ?di rieducare i politici (di tutti gli schieramenti) e gli insegnanti italiani, affinchè non si dicano più ?scemenze? di questo genere?.
