Se la Robin Tax ricadesse sui
consumatori finali “l`Autorità per l`Energia e il gas dovrÃ
intervenire in maniera severissima contro i responsabili di tale
imbroglio“. E` quanto dichiara il Presidente Codacons, Carlo
Rienzi, secondo cui un sistema di sanzioni milionarie nei
confronti di operatori scorretti “può essere utile per evitare
che gli operatori del settore gas, luce e carburanti aumentino i
prezzi per rifarsi delle maggiorazioni di imposta“. Non solo
multe salate, ma anche “rapide e senza possibilità di appello,
così da avere effetto immediato e fungere da deterrente per
chiunque intenda scaricare sui consumatori la Robin
Tax“.
