La delibera di ieri del CdA Rai, con
la quale è stata bocciata la proposta di licenziamento di
Agostino Saccà avanzata dal direttore generale Claudio Cappon,
finisce davanti al Tar del Lazio.
Lo annuncia il Codacons che, insieme all`Associazione degli
Utenti dei Servizi radiotelevisivi, ha deciso di contestare la
delibera e rivolgersi con un ricorso al Tribunale Amministrativo
sulla base dei danni subiti dalla Rai per il caso Saccà .
Una vicenda – afferma il Codacons – da cui “pare emergere un
danno alla rete di Stato, non solo sotto il profilo
dell`immagine, ma anche sotto quello dell`utilizzo delle risorse
interne. Danno che si riflette sulla qualità del servizio
pubblico, come noto finanziato attraverso il canone con i soldi
dei cittadini“.
“Il ricorso – spiegano le due associazioni – verrÃ
presentato sulla base di alcune sentenze del Consiglio di Stato,
che riconoscono al Codacons piena legittimazione a controllare e
sindacare come la Rai utilizzi le proprie risorse economiche e
scelga i palinsesti“.
