(ANSA) – MILANO, 28 LUG – Alla luce dell`aggressione subita
ieri da una bambina di 10 anni da parte di un cane a San
Giuliano Milanese e segnalata dal Codacons, l`associazione
invita a non eliminare l`ordinanza Turco “ma anzi a
rafforzarla“, allargando l`elenco delle razze da inserire nella
lista di quelle potenzialmente pericolose.
A giudizio dell`associazione a tutela dei consumatori – che,
nei giorni scorsi, ha diffidato il mistero della Salute a non
eliminare l`ordinanza Turco – “si tratta di fare un elenco non
dei cani allevati o selezionati dall`uomo in modo da essere
aggressivi, ossia degli animali più cattivi, ma semplicemente
degli animali oggettivamente più potenti“.
Il Codacons – osserva una nota della stessa associazione – ha
diffidato il ministro chiedendo l`allargamento delle razze e il
patentino obbligatorio per i proprietari di cani. Il 6 agosto
prossimo – conclude la nota – sarà “il termine ultimo entro il
quale il ministro deve rispondere alla diffida“. (ANSA).
