(ANSA) – NAPOLI, 29 DIC – Una richiesta di risarcimento per un totale di 500 milioni di euro: è l’iniziativa del Codacons che questa mattina ha depositato alla Procura della Repubblica di Napoli una formale richiesta di risarcimento nell’ambito dell’inchiesta sugli appalti al Comune di Napoli. Il presidente dell’associazione, l’avvocato Giuseppe Ursini, – informa una nota – ha depositato alla Procura di Napoli la formale richiesta di risarcimento a nome dei cittadini e consumatori napoletani che hanno subito danni per eventuali appalti non regolari. La richiesta è stata depositata nel procedimento che vede coinvolto l’imprenditore Romeo. Il danno ipotizzato nella richiesta formulata secondo i principi di equità è di 500 euro per ciascun abitante della città partenopea, per un totale di 500 milioni di euro. Il Codacons inoltre rivolge un appello all’ Italia dei Valori affinché "il giovane Di Pietro venga cautelarmente allontanato da incarichi pubblici fino alla dimostrazione della sua estraneità".
