(ANSA) – TREVISO, 7 NOV – Il ferimento di un uomo aggredito dai suoi due cani a Vittorio Veneto (Treviso) per il Codacons trevigiano rappresenta "l’ennesima dimostrazione di quanto sia sbagliato, come vuole il sottosegretario Francesca Martini, eliminare le black list’". Partendo da questa considerazione il movimento consumatori chiede al ministro Brunetta di "togliere la delega di sottosegretario alla Salute a Martini e di occuparsi in prima persona di questo argomento". Secondo l’organizzazione dei consumatori "E’ sbagliata ed infondata la tesi di Martini, che vorrebbe eliminare le liste come se tutti i cani fossero uguali". Il Codacons ricorda che delle 191 morsicature che si verificano ogni giorno in Italia, 70.000 in un anno, solo quelle di cani come i pitbull vanno alla ribalta della cronaca. Il Codacons chiede che l’ordinanza sia potenziata con il patentino obbligatorio e ricorda che i cani pericolosi, come i pitbull, sono vietati ai delinquenti abituali, a chiunque abbia riportato condanna, anche non definitiva, per delitto non colposo contro la persona o contro il patrimonio.
