Il Codacons interviene sul caso del ragazzo morto a Bari dopo una caduta da balcone, a seguito ? secondo le prime ricostruzioni ? dell’assunzione di sostanze allucinogene acquistate in uno smart-shop della città.
In Italia ? afferma il Codacons ? si contano oltre cinquanta smart-shop nelle varie città, che attirano una clientela formata soprattutto da studenti universitari e liberi professionisti tra i 30 e i 40 anni. Questi negozi dovrebbero vendere prodotti legali e di origine naturale, simili a quelli che si trovano in erboristeria o in farmacia.
Dopo la vicenda di Bari il Codacons chiede ai Nas di intervenire effettuando controlli a tappeto in tutti gli smart-shop presenti in Italia, al fine di individuare e ritirare dal commercio quelle sostanze e quei prodotti che, seppur di origine naturale, rappresentano un pericolo per la salute umana, in quanto presentano proprietà allucinogene o stupefacenti in grado di mettere a repentaglio l’incolumità di chi le assume.
