Torna al centro dell’attenzione la rinomata doppia velocità dei carburanti il cui prezzo, nonostante una riduzione del barile del 18,2% dall’11 luglio a oggi, alla pompa è diminuito di appena il 4,2%.
Ciò si traduce, in termini pratici, in un maggior esborso pari a 4 euro a pieno.
Si tratta di una palese ingiustizia a danno dei consumatori italiani – afferma il Codacons – i quali dovrebbero pagare molto meno benzina e gasolio, specie in questo periodo di esodo, considerando i forti cali delle quotazioni del petrolio.
Il Codacons sta studiando dunque una class action da avviare a gennaio contro le compagnie petrolifere, finalizzata a far ottenere agli utenti la restituzione delle somme pagate in più a causa di questa doppia velocità esistente nel settore dei carburanti. Una mega-class action – commenta l’associazione – cui potranno aderire la totalità degli automobilisti italiani.
