Siccità e aumento dei consumi energetici fanno profilare oggi la possibilità di nuovi black out.
?In Italia non deve verificarsi alcun black out ? afferma il Presidente Codacons Carlo Rienzi ? in quanto le centrali ci sono e l’energia non manca. Ci sembra piuttosto che si siano attivate le solite lobbies, con manovre finalizzate a promuovere la realizzazione di nuove centrali. Il precedente black out del settembre 2003 ? prosegue Rienzi ? fu causato dagli errori degli organi competenti e si poteva evitare. Sarebbe il caso quindi di far funzionare a pieno regime le centrali esistenti, e incentivare forme di energia alternative, come quella solare?.
