Nella guerra del Codacons contro gli yo yo ad acqua, si registra una nuova vittoria. Il liquido contenuto è tossico. Questa volta non è il Codacons a dirlo ma nientepopodimeno che l` Istituto Superiore di Sanità. L`accertamento non lascia adito a dubbi. Trattasi di “una soluzione acquosa comparabile ad acqua superficiale contaminata“. Si parla di sostanze “comparabili con quelle rilevabili in acque reflue grezze“, in pratica quelle delle fognature. Innumerevoli i microrganismi ed i batteri presenti, considerati “opportunisti patogeni, potendo quindi potenzialmente, in caso di predisposizione dell`ospite causare un`ampia serie di infezioni nell`uomo“. L`elenco delle possibili “infezioni nosocomiali£ è di quelle che fanno accapponare la pelle: “meningiti, setticemie, polmoniti, endocarditi, congiuntiviti, ostoemieliti e sinoviti ? infezioni sistemiche e del tratto urinario“. La conclusione dell`Istituto di Superiore di Sanità non lascia scampo: “La presenza delle specie microbiche riscontrate ? è quindi radice di elevata contaminazione microbiologica delle soluzioni acquose contenute nei giocattoli in oggetto. Quanto sopra descritto, unitamente alla scarsa resistenza meccanica del giocattolo, conferma l`esistenza della situazione di rischio per il bambino ?.. e si conferma il parere ?. in merito alla necessità di emettere opportuni provvedimenti di legge“.
Al Codacons, in attesa degli sviluppi dell`inchiesta condotta dal P.M. Giulio Benedetti della Procura della Repubblica di Milano, non resta che dare un consiglio ai genitori: comperate un altro giocattolo per i vostri figli.
