La decisione di Tim e Vodafone di
apportare modifiche ai piani tariffari “é all`esame del
Procuratore della Repubblica di Roma“. Lo annuncia il Codacons
che rende noto di aver segnalato con un esposto “l`anomalo
comportamento“ dei gestori che “in concomitanza hanno
comunicato ai propri clienti la cancellazione di abbonamenti
vantaggiosi attraverso l`insidiosa modalità dell`sms“.
“Ci auguriamo che la Procura faccia chiarezza – commenta il
Codacons in una nota – appurando, inoltre, se l`operazione messa
in atto da Tim e Vodafone non sia in violazione della legge
sulla concorrenza e non nasconda un accordo tra i due gestori“.
L`associazione dei consumatori lancia quindi una “campagna di
boicottaggio“ e chiede ai clienti di telefonia mobile “un
repentino passaggio ad altri gestori“.
