Girando per le vie di Roma è facile imbattersi, in questi giorni, nei manifesti del concerto di Julio Iglesias, previsto per il 20 giugno. Ma i fans dell’artista che hanno acquistato il biglietto per l’evento hanno avuto una brutta sorpresa: il concerto è stato annullato! Infatti un avviso apposto sui manifesti informa che il concerto è stato cancellato ma è previsto un rimborso del biglietto entro il 5 luglio.
E qui casca l’asino! Chi ha stabilito che il rimborso può avvenire solo entro il 5 luglio? Tale pretesa non ha alcun fondamento giuridico.
Infatti non è possibile stabilire un limite temporale al rimborso! E’ facile pensare che qualcuno abbia voluto fissare un limite temporale al fine di ridurre il numero dei rimborsi, ed ottenere così un maggior profitto. In questo periodo, infatti, molti italiani andranno in vacanza, e non tutti avranno il tempo e il modo per andare a riscuotere la somma pagata per l’evento. Per questo motivo il CODACONS presenta una diffida nei confronti dell’agenzia organizzativa del concerto di Iglesias, invitando la stessa e il servizio Affissioni del Comune di Roma a ricoprire, nell’arco di 24 ore, i manifesti che annunciano la cancellazione e fissano i termini per il rimborso, presentando inoltre una denuncia alla Procura della Repubblica di Roma per tentata truffa.
