Il caro benzina non pesa solo, come ovvio, su quelli che sono andati in vacanza in auto, ma anche sui turisti che hanno optato per l`acquisto del pacchetto turistico. Alle sedi del Codacons stanno pervenendo centinaia di proteste di consumatori che sono stati costretti, all`ultimo momento, a versare una maggiorazione per “adeguamento carburante“. La cifra è variabile a seconda della distanza da percorrere con l`aereo, anche se mediamente è stato chiesto un aumento di 20 euro a persona. Una somma che sembra superiore persino alla pur astronomica impennata dei prezzi di gasolio e benzina.
Ricordiamo ai consumatori le regole stabilite dal decreto legislativo n. 111 del 1995 che regolamenta il pacchetto turistico:
1) la revisione del prezzo non è ammessa se non è espressamente prevista nel contratto, anche con la definizione delle modalità di calcolo. Se questa clausola non c`è, quindi, il consumatore non è tenuto al pagamento.
2) la revisione non può essere superiore al 10% del valore del pacchetto.
3) nessun aumento è consentito negli ultimi 20 giorni che precedono la partenza.
