Una squadra della Polizia Municipale è arrivata stamattina nella sede romana del Codacons in viale Mazzini 73, per effettuare un ispezione su richiesta del Governatore del Lazio Francesco Storace.
La vicenda, che è stata subito trasmessa alla Procura di Roma, trae origine da 2 ricorsi al Tar presentati dal Codacons nei quali, tra l’altro, si contestava l’erogazione di 75.000 euro, con una procedura che il Codacons riteneva illegittima, in favore dell’ADUC, associazione di consumatori che ha sostenuto Storace ai tempi delle elezioni.
Dopo questi ricorsi, tra tutte le associazioni che potevano essere sottoposte a ispezione, guarda caso è stato scelto proprio il Codacons, probabilmente dopo qualche esposto di qualche associazione ?nullafacente?.
Significativo il fatto che l’ispezione sia arrivata a pochi giorni dall’udienza di sospensiva al Tar del Lazio per il progetto Informa nonno e a pochi giorni dalla prossima udienza in cui il Tar quasi certamente sospenderà l’erogazione di 75.000 euro contestata dal Codacons, trasmettendo gli atti alla Procura e alla Corte dei Conti.
Il Codacons ha tempestivamente informato del fatto le competenti autorità presentando un esposto alla Procura della Repubblica di Roma per abuso di atti d’ufficio. In giornata l’associazione diffiderà Storace a ordinare la stessa ispezione fatta al Codacons anche per tutte le altre associazioni di volontariato iscritte all’albo, a partire da quelle che lo hanno sostenuto sul piano politico.
