(ANSA) – ROMA, 25 GIU – Mentre i maturandi 2008 sono alle
prese con la seconda tranche degli esami di Stato – gli
“orali“ avviati dalle commissioni subito dopo aver corretto
gli elaborati scritti – il ministro Gelmini rassicura sulla
validità delle prove sostenute.
“Di estremi per invalidare gli esami di maturità non ho
riscontro“ ha dichiarato, in un`intervista radiofonica, il
ministro dell`Istruzione, dell`Università e della Ricerca
ammettendo che gli errori nelle tracce non solo ci sono stati,
ma sono stati pure “importanti“. “A parte quello su Montale
– ha osservato – anche il testo di inglese era improprio“.
Quanto ai responsabili, il ministro ha messo sul banco degli
imputati soprattutto il meccanismo con il quale si arriva alla
definizione delle tracce. Certo, Caterina Petruzzi, la
responsabile della Task-force scegli-tracce è stata rimossa
all`istante, ma – ha ricordato il ministro – l`ispettrice in
questione era già in pensione e “ha generosamente prestato la
sua opera“ anche quest`anno. E` il meccanismo, tuttavia, che va
rivisto. Gli errori che hanno costellato le tracce proposte
quest`anno, sono dovuti proprio – ha osservato Mariastella
Gelmini – al sistema con cui vengono selezionati i temi. “Serve
– ha aggiunto – una maggiore collegialità . Credo che il
ministero debba avvalersi di professionalità e competenze
diverse“ per garantire tracce che non solo non contengano
errori ma siano anche più corte di quelle attualmente proposte.
In ballo però, al momento, c`é anche l`iniziativa del
Codacons che ha chiesto al Tar di annullare la validità delle
prove scritte alla maturità , limitando il giudizio sugli
studenti alla sola prova orale e al giudizio formulato dal
consiglio di classe per l`ammissione dei maturandi. Non solo.
L`associazione, che è pronta a promuovere una class action, ha
anche chiesto al dicastero di viale Trastevere un risarcimento
danni pari a 500 euro a studente, per un totale di oltre 248 mln
di euro.
Ma su quest`ultima questione il ministro ha qualche
perplessità . La strada del risarcimento non le sembra
percorribile e quand`anche ci fosse questa possibilità , vista
la situazione economica in cui versa l`intero settore
dell`istruzione – dalla scuola alla ricerca – non ci sarebbero
le risorse sufficienti. Senza contare che se esiste un danno
“non è per gli studenti ma soprattutto per l`immagine del
Ministero“. “Non credo – ha concluso il ministro – che
l`errore su Montale abbia potuto compromettere la prova
sostenuta dagli studenti“.
Intanto, si va avanti con l`esame. Le commissioni stanno
procedendo (non c`é un`unica data per l`avvio degli “orali“)
ai colloqui che vertono su argomenti di interesse
multidisciplinare riferiti ai programmi e al lavoro didattico
realizzato nella classe durante l`ultimo anno di corso e possono
essere avviati con la discussione della cosiddetta “tesina“
(presentata anche in forma multimediale) preparata dallo
studente.(ANSA).
