MILANO: ENNESIMO INCIDENTE IN VIA FERMI
IL COMUNE SI OSTINA A NON METTERE L’AUTOVELOX FISSO
A QUANDO IL PROSSIMO MORTO?
Ancora un incidente grave in via Enrico Fermi, a Milano, una strada tristemente famosa per gli innumerevoli incidenti, spesso mortali, che si verificano nell’indifferenza generale e del Comune in particolare.
“Per fortuna questa mattina nessuno è morto, ma è solo questione di tempo. Tra poco avremo altri morti su quella strada” ha dichiarato il presidente del Codacons, avv. Marco Maria Donzelli.
“Che via Fermi sia una strada pericolosa è noto ormai a tutti e da anni, tanto che è stato il Comune stesso a chiedere l’autorizzazione alla Prefettura di Milano per poter installare una postazione fissa di autovelox, autorizzazione data prontamente dalla Prefettura fin dall’aprile 2003. Ma nonostante siano passati più di 7 anni il Comune non si è ancora “ricordato” di installarla” ha proseguito Donzelli.
“Evidentemente il Comune preferisce incassare soldi facili con gli ausiliari della sosta, invece che prevenire gli incidenti mortali e preoccuparsi della sicurezza stradale” ha concluso Donzelli.
Il Codacons ricorda che nel 2008, proprio sulla mancata installazione di via Fermi, aveva presentato un esposto alla Procura della Repubblica di Milano per accertare eventuali profili penalmente rilevanti, quali ad esempio l’omissione d’atti d’ufficio. Ma anche per la Procura, evidentemente, è tutto in regola.
