(ASCA) – Bari, 1 dic – ”Sara’ una misura semplice, certamente non risolutiva della complessa situazione finanziaria nazionale e mondiale, ma un segnale la Regione deve pur darlo, non puo’ assistere passivamente all’avanzata della crisi che investe famiglie ed imprese, il mercato ha bisogno di una scossa e servono tutte le azioni che possono aiutarlo, anche le piu’ banali”. Lo sottolina in una nota il presidente del gruppo consiliare dell’UDC, Gino Caroppo. ”Per questo ritengo che la proposta avanzata dal segretario nazionale del Codacons di anticipare i saldi di fine stagione a prima della ricorrenza del Natale, vada favorevolmente accolta dalla Giunta regionale. Anticipare i saldi – aggiunge il consigliere pugliese del’Udc – non e’ una misura contro i commercianti, tutt’altro, e’ una opportunita’ in piu’ che si offre al mercato, e’ una leva aggiuntiva a cui ricorrere in una situazione straordinaria come quella che stiamo attraversando e puo’ essere utile a stimolare la ripresa dei consumi ed a contrastare la forte fase recessiva. Anche per i consumatori l’anticipazione dei saldi puo’ tradursi in occasione di risparmio e far cosi’ quadrare i bilanci familiari, soprattutto in un periodo in cui i consumi sono comunque tradizionalmente sostenuti. A mio avviso, dunque, la Giunta regionale dovrebbe prendere in seria considerazione questa opportunita’ ed agire celermente di conseguenza”.
