(AGI) – Roma, 7 nov. – Esentare i cittadini dalla tassa sullo smaltimento dei rifiuti nei comuni dove non avviene la raccolta differenziata. E’ la richiesta contenuta in un disegno di legge sostenuto dal Codacons e illustrato nel corso di una tavola rotonda promossa da Intesaconsumatori. Secondo l’associazione dei consumatori, l’impianto sanzionatorio previsto dalla normativa vigente e’ assolutamente inadeguato: occorre invece sancire il diritto dell’utente a non pagare un servizio che non venga svolto in linea con gli standard qualitativi imposti, costringendo cosi’ i comuni a un reale impegno nella realizzazione degli obiettivi minimi di raccolta differenziata. Lo scopo e’ di dare reale effettivita’ solo al servizio che venga realizzato in linea con le previsioni normative: secondo il Codacons un servizio sotto tale livello non e’ realmente utile e per questo non va pagato. Il ddl prevede inoltre che gli utenti siano informati annualmente dai comuni di competenza del livello di raccolta differenziata raggiunta dal comune per l’anno in corso, con l’indicazione anche del livello minimo imposto dalla normativa vigente.
