"Sospese venti cremazioni nel cimitero romano di Prima Porta a causa di mancati pagamenti ai fornitori di gasolio". Lo riferisce in una nota il Codacons, sottolineando che "il disservizio ha costretto i parenti dei defunti a rinviare le cerimonie d’addio in programma". "Ora i disservizi e la malaburocrazia non si limitano a coinvolgere solo i vivi, ma danneggiano anche i morti", ha dichiarato il Presidente Codacons Carlo Rienzi. "E’ assurdo che per mancanza di gasolio siano rimandate delle cremazioni, possiamo solo immaginare il dispiacere dei parenti dei defunti. Coloro che sono stati costretti a rinviare la cremazione – spiega il Codacons – possono agire contro l’Ama per chiedere, dinanzi al Giudice di pace, il risarcimento per gli evidenti danni morali subiti".
