Richiesta di immediata chiusura del negozio e sequestro dei cartellini e dei prodotti incriminati alla boutique Rossetti di Via del Babuino a Roma e per altri tre grandi negozi che esponevano prima dei saldi prezzi che poi hanno maggiorato per scontarli dopo l`inizio dei saldi truffando i consumatori.
Nell’esposto inviato oggi alla Procura della Repubblica di Roma si chiede anche di accertare se il Comune di Roma e in particolare l’assessore al commercio abbia provveduto a verificare i prezzi prima dei saldi e ricontrollarli dopo a tutela dei consumatori e, se ciò non avesse fatto, si chiede di agire per omissione di atti dovuti nei confronti di chi doveva tutelare e non ha tutelato i cittadini.
L’associazione poi richiama l’attenzione su un altro particolare: i cartellini coi prezzi. Per il Codacons, infatti, i prezzi riscritti a mano non hanno valore se non sono accompagnati dal cartellino originale che dimostra il vero prezzo prima dei saldi. Di qui la richiesta di sequestro di tutti i beni in vendita privi di tale cartellino.
Oggi intanto gli ispettori del Codacons batteranno a tappeto le vie di Roma alla ricerca di saldi truffaldini. Il Presidente del Codacons, Avv. Carlo Rienzi, accompagnato da una troupe di Radio Rai 2, girerà per Via del Corso controllando i saldi praticati ai consumatori e smascherando le violazioni commesse dai commercianti.
