Non toccate quelle multe!!! Domani i risparmiatori, rappresentati dal Codacons, interverranno a fianco di Consob nel processo avanti alla Corte d’Appello di Torino, presidente e relatore dott. Gamba, per difendere il provvedimento ministeriale (D.M. Finanze n°19484 del 28.02.2005) che ha sanzionato il San Paolo Imi e i suoi dirigenti, per le irregolarità nella vendita delle obbligazioni Cirio a migliaia di risparmiatori.
Secondo le indagini degli organi ispettivi, Consob e Banca d’Italia, queste in sintesi le violazioni accertate:
Mentre la Procura di Monza prima, di Torino poi, stanno valutando eventuali responsabilità penali degli esponenti aziendali della banca, il Tribunale di Torino, con sentenza n° 7130/05 del 7.11.2005, ha accertato la responsabilità del San Paolo Imi nella vendita dei titoli Cirio ed ha condannato la banca al risarcimento dei danni, ponendo a base delle sue motivazioni proprio i fatti che hanno determinato il Ministero delle Finanze a irrogare la sanzione, che la banca, con il ricorso proposto, vorrebbe annullata.
Codacons, con l’Avv. Tiziana Sorriento, Consob e Ministero domani schierati in Corte d’Appello contro la banca.
