Dopo la protesta dei tifosi romanisti ora tocca a chi ha il satellite ma non ha l`abbonamento a Sky. Un inconveniente tecnico molto fastidioso ci viene segnalato da numerosi consumatori. Quando stai facendo una carrellata dei canali satellitari e ti capita di finire su quelli di Sky e ci resti per più di 4-5 secondi, una specie di forza misteriosa ti costringe a rimanere incollato a quel canale, fino a che una scritta ti invita ad inserire la smart card. A quel punto qualunque tasto del telecomando smette di funzionare e per rimpossessarsi del televisore è necessario, nella migliore delle ipotesi, schiacciare il tasto on/off posizionato sul golden box. Alcuni ci segnalano che sono addirittura costretti a staccare la spina.
La situazione è ulteriormente peggiorata in questi giorni perché questo scherzetto accade anche con Sky Tg 24, la rete in chiaro di Sky, in chiaro almeno fino a pochi giorni fa, dal momento che ora, dopo alcune decine di secondi, si resta catturati.
I rivenditori di decoder, ai quali i consumatori giustamente si rivolgono per segnalare il difetto, danno la colpa a Sky, gli Sky center danno la colpa agli antennisti o al software del golden box. Il risultato finale di questa girandola di scarica barile è che il consumatore ha il decoder che non va e nessuno glielo ripara o risponde del danno.
E` un inconveniente tecnico, una trovata pubblicitaria illegale o un sistema di sicurezza che, nel tentativo di punire i pirati, finisce per danneggiare anche gli innocenti? Come mai con oltre 1.000 canali esistenti sul satellite questo disturbo accade solo per quelli di Sky? Come mai succede per tutti i canali di Sky tranne per quelli che pubblicizzano i loro servizi, come Sky assist?
Il Codacons ha chiesto all`Authority delle Telecomunicazioni di svolgere le opportune verifiche tecniche ed investigative e di dare una propria versione ufficiale.
