(ANSA) – ROMA, 25 GIU – Il Codacons ricorre al Tar del Lazio
contro la composizione della Commissione che deve studiare la
situazione delle strisce blu a Roma perché formata solo da
tecnici e non da cittadini.
“Già il precedente sindaco Veltroni non aveva un gran
piacere a convocare e far partecipare le associazioni dei
consumatori alle commissioni consultive o decisionali del
Comune, ma Alemanno ha veramente passato il segno -spiega il
Codacons- Infatti, dopo la sentenza del Tar sulle strisce blu,
il Sindaco ha formato sì una Commissione, ma ne ha tenuto fuori
con grande rigore qualsiasi persona non direttamente dipendente
dal Comune stesso o almeno rappresentante dei cittadini“.
“A questo punto la consultazione delle 14 associazioni dei
consumatori che Alemanno vorrebbe tenere domani diventa una
burletta. Resteremo fuori ad osservare – afferma il Presidente
Codacons, Carlo Rienzi – e decideremo di volta in volta come
muoverci“.
