ORISTANO. Poliziotti in agitazione anche in città per protestare contro il recente decreto del ministro della Funzione pubblica Renato Brunetta. A promuovere un sit-in sotto la questura, in via Beatrice D’Arborea, gli agenti iscritti al Consap, la confederazione sindacale autonoma della polizia. Obiettivo principale, quello di informare l’opinione pubblica sulla situazione in cui versa il comparto sicurezza e raccogliere soprattutto le firme per presentare un ricorso al Tar che punta a cancellare il decreto ora diventato legge. "Il recente provvedimento contiene il taglio dei fondi del ministero dell’Interno, il blocco del turn-over del personale e la riduzione della retribuzione accessoria – ha spiegato il segretario regionale del Consap, Efisio Lecca – in caso di malattia per i primi dieci giorni, che nel comparto sicurezza, si presenterà superiore a quella di altri dipendenti pubblici. La decurtazione non si applica solo ed esclusivamente nel caso in cui la malattia sia conseguente a lesioni riportate in attività operative e addestrative. L’incidenza economica dei primi 10 giorni di malattia sulla retribuzione mensile di un poliziotto – ha aggiunto Efisio Lecca – va da un minimo di 140 euro per un agente a un massimo di 250 per un vice questore. Questa è come una tassa assurda sulla malattia che noi non possiamo accettare. Rappresenta una vera mortificazione per chi, come noi, rischia la vita ogni giorno per poco più di mille euro al mese". Gli agenti sono così scesi nuovamente in piazza e hanno promosso manifestazioni davanti al ministero e nelle questure in particolare per raccogliere le firme e proporre il ricorso al Tar. "Come Consap, insieme alla preziosa collaborazione del Codacons, abbiamo promosso il ricorso dinanzi al Tar del Lazio contro le disposizioni volute dal ministro Brunetta – ha spiegato il segretario provinciale del Consap, Giuliano Piras – per fare riconoscere la illegittimità delle nuove norme. Contestiamo in particolare la corresponsione del solo trattamento economico fondamentale, senza indennità o emolumenti, nei primi dieci giorni della malattia. Queste disposizioni – ha concluso Giuliano Piras – sembrano ledere il diritto inviolabile alla salute e trasformano la malattia, che è una causa di forza maggiore che impedisce la prestazione, in una sorta di colpa con la quale viene decurtata ingiustamente la retribuzione". Per firmare il ricorso c’è tempo sino al 31 ottobre.
