Il Tar del Lazio ha annullato tutta la
procedura concorsuale relativa ai test di ammissione alla
facoltà di medicina e chirurgia, a partire dalla commissione di
esperti che ha formato i quiz, la quale è stata stigmatizzata
per aver distrutto i documenti cartacei di formulazione dei test
e non aver redatto alcun verbale. Lo rende noto il Codacons.
L`associazione di consumatori invita quindi gli studenti
bocciati a fare domanda urgente di riammissione ai corsi
universitari. “La giustizia del Tar – afferma in una nota – fa
giustizia delle aspettative di migliaia di giovani ingannati da
test sballati che li avevano esclusi dal loro diritto a
frequentare la facoltà prescelta. Invitiamo tutti gli studenti
che hanno sostenuto la prova, a presentare urgentemente domanda
di ammissione immediata ai corsi della facoltà di medicina
ancora in svolgimento, per poter sostenere già questa sessione
estiva o la prossima autunnale“.
